Some children will be more successful in learning and integrating yoga techniques into his or her daily life by working one-on-one. This can be especially true when parents are looking for specific outcomes of one's child attending the class. Anjili has a limited number of space to offer one-one sessions and requires a brief consultation with the parent(s) before hand.

Three, 30 minute sessions of One to One with child: 

Once per week for 6 consecutive weeks

15- 30 minute Reflection with Parent and Child: 

This will include a review of tools for parent and child to have has resources.
